UR NEEDS: Returns & Refund Policy
1. Return Authorization (RMA) Requirement All returns must be pre-authorized. You must contact UR NEEDS via our website within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order to request a return. Returns sent without an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
2. Strict Condition Standards To qualify for a return, the Product must be in original, factory-sealed, and pristine condition. Products that have been opened, installed, tested, or handled in any way are strictly non-returnable. If the original manufacturer’s seal is broken, the item is deemed "used" and will not be accepted.
3. Return Timeline & Logistics

Arrival Deadline: Once an RMA is issued, the Product must be received at our warehouse within 5 business days.

Shipping Responsibility: All return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking, are the sole responsibility of the customer. UR NEEDS bears no liability for any loss or damage incurred during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refund & Fee Structure Refunds or store credits will only be processed after the returned product has undergone a formal inspection by our team. Should the return be approved, the refund amount will be the original purchase price less:

A 20% restocking fee (to cover handling, inspection, and administrative costs).

All initial outward shipping and handling charges.

Any non-refundable merchant/payment processing fees incurred by UR NEEDS.
5. Non-Returnable Goods The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Items with broken or tampered factory seals.

Special-order inventory or bulk commercial hardware.

Products damaged after receipt.
6. Final Discretion UR NEEDS reserves the right to reject any return that does not strictly adhere to the terms above. This policy is subject to change at any time without notice. By placing an order with UR NEEDS, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Standard shipping via Australia Post is estimated at 1–10 business days.

Any claims regarding damaged items upon arrival must be submitted with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise, the item is considered accepted in good condition.
